As a Civil Engineer for the Emsland District, you will take a lead role in the planning and construction of road and bicycle path projects from initial concept through to final implementation. Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing tender and contract documents for external engineering services and construction contracts, as well as supervising and inspecting the quality of work performed by third parties. You will act as a key point of contact for residents, public authorities, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills
Education

- Proven track record in monitoring and auditing external planning and construction performance
- Experience in coordinating with public stakeholders and residents
