Job Summary
As the Nursing Home Director for the Ev. Altenwohnheim Dahl in Hagen, you will take on the comprehensive operational and strategic leadership of a stationary care facility. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring high-quality, holistic care for residents according to current nursing standards and legal requirements, while managing the facility's economic health through KPI analysis and efficiency measures. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of empathy and professional growth, and serve as the primary liaison for authorities, partners, and family members. This role is ideal for a leader who balances business acumen with a heart for elderly care. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in health or social services, or a degree in Nursing Management (e.g., Nursing Economist/Pflegewirt). Must meet legal requirements for managing a stationary care facility in Germany.
Experience
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a nursing or care facility
- Professional experience in inpatient/stationary care requirements
- Proven experience in economic steering and business process optimization
- Experience in interdisciplinary team development and coordination
