Job Summary

This role within the District of Cuxhaven's Family Department focuses on the administrative oversight and financial controlling of youth welfare services. Day-to-day, the successful candidate will manage contracts with private youth welfare providers, prepare public tenders, and negotiate performance and remuneration agreements with residential youth welfare institutions. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in public administration or business management
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience required for applicants with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Several years of professional experience preferred
  • Experience in municipal budget law and business administration is highly desirable
  • Experience in contract negotiation and stakeholder management
