Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician based in Ingolstadt, you will be the primary point of contact for technical inquiries for prominent industrial clients across Germany. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve performing service, maintenance, and repair tasks on a variety of hardware, including printers, plotters, PCs, notebooks, and other peripheral devices from various manufacturers. You will also be responsible for installing hardware and software, and configuring networks. This role is ideal for someone with experience in 2nd-level support who enjoys challenging projects and has a proactive approach.
