Job Summary

This role involves providing direct IT support to clients for a market-leading IT solutions and service management company. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for handling support tasks related to Windows clients, printers, networking, and telecommunications, addressing issues based on various ticket types (B/F, IMAC, H+E) and project assignments. Day-to-day activities include receiving calls, logging, and assigning tickets for reported incidents, and performing onsite IT support work. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, strong knowledge of Windows and iOS operating systems, proficiency with standard software like Office and Adobe, and experience with hardware, mobile devices, and ticketing systems. Basic networking knowledge (patching) is also required. This position offers extensive training, 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours, and significant autonomy.

Required Skills

Education

Vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician) or comparable vocational training and professional experience in this field
