As a Process and System Integration Onsite Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure for a logistics-focused healthcare environment. Your daily responsibilities involve troubleshooting IT malfunctions, performing root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable solutions to ensure operational stability. You will manage the entire lifecycle of hardware and software rollouts, with a specific focus on logistics equipment such as forklift terminals, handheld scanners, and label printers. Working with the Matrix42 ticket system, you will prioritize user requests and maintain high service standards. Beyond technical support, you will actively shape internal processes and create user-friendly documentation. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Completed vocational training in Information Technology or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in Microsoft system administration
- Experience in logistics processes and technical support for logistics equipment
- Practical experience using IT ticketing systems (ideally Matrix42)
- Proven track record in hardware and software implementation and rollout
