Job Summary

As a Senior Sales Engineer at kiutra, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of innovative magnetic cooling solutions for the quantum technology sector. Based in Munich, you will manage the entire sales lifecycle with a high degree of autonomy, from initial customer inquiry and technical consultation to negotiation and final closing. You will act as a bridge between the market and the internal engineering teams, translating customer requirements into actionable product strategies. This role is highly collaborative, involving the mentorship of junior staff and representation of the company at international trade shows. Required Skills

Education

Master's or PhD preferred in Physics, Quantum Science & Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • Professional experience managing complex sales cycles and closing deals end-to-end
  • Established professional network in quantum technology, low-temperature physics, or quantum hardware ecosystems
  • Experience in technical consulting for complex systems at an expert level
  • Experience in mentoring junior sales staff and developing sales strategies
