Job Summary
As a Consultant for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and Fire Protection, you will serve as a vital interface between clients and service providers within the healthcare sector. Your daily responsibilities involve auditing and evaluating existing technical building management (TGA) and facility management (FM) contracts, ensuring quality standards, and defining service interfaces. You will conduct technical site inspections to assess current conditions and provide expert advice on HVAC, electrical, and safety technology. A significant portion of the role includes preparing framework agreements, managing service level agreements (SLAs), and generating detailed reports using Excel. This position is ideal for technical experts who enjoy a mix of analytical contract management and hands-on site evaluation. Required Skills
Education
Technical degree (e.g., Building Services Engineering, Facility Management) or a qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsman in HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or Safety Technology.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in building technology or technical building services (TGA)
- Professional experience in facility management, technical building management, or the service provider industry
- Practical experience in managing external service providers, including quality control and escalation management
- Experience in contract and performance management, specifically interpreting service descriptions and KPIs
