Job Summary
In this role, you will join a newly established AI specialist team acting as a strategic bridge between business departments and IT teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve identifying innovative AI use cases, evaluating their business value, and translating complex business processes into structured IT requirements. You will advise departments on the operation of AI solutions and develop forward-thinking best practices. This position is purely focused on conceptual design and consulting rather than technical implementation. It is an attractive opportunity for those who enjoy structuring new initiatives and want to shape the future of AI within a large corporate environment. The role offers a stable environment with 13.5 months of salary, flexible working hours, and a strong focus on work-life balance through a combination of office and home office work.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally within a corporate or large-scale enterprise environment
- Proven practical experience in the conceptual design of AI systems, such as Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI Agents
- Demonstrated expertise in IT requirements management methodologies
- Experience in creating business cases and evaluating value propositions

- The position is not fully remote; presence in the office is required during the onboarding phase, with home office options available thereafter. German language skills at C2 level are required.
