Job Summary
As a Lead Data & AI Consultant at GRAYOAK, you will spearhead complex projects focused on modern analytics and scalable platform architecture. Your day-to-day involves analyzing sophisticated client requirements to develop future-oriented Data & AI strategies, primarily utilizing Microsoft technologies. You will be responsible for the end-to-end conceptualization and implementation of high-performance data platforms, including the construction and optimization of modern data pipelines. Beyond technical execution, this role carries significant leadership weight; you will mentor team members, conduct workshops, and drive technological innovation through active trend scouting. This position is particularly attractive for those who enjoy combining strategic consulting with hands-on architecture. You will manage key stakeholders across client organizations and internal departments while shaping the company's long-term AI roadmap. The role offers a high degree of autonomy and the chance to work in a hybrid environment from modern offices in Frankfurt or Berlin.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- 5-7 years of professional experience in implementing complex Data & AI projects in cloud environments
- Professional experience with the Microsoft technology platform (Fabric, Cloud AI & Analytics)
- Leadership experience in professional staff development, mentoring, or leading architecture roles
- Extensive experience in strategic decision-making and client consulting within a professional services context
- Proven track record in complex project management and high-level stakeholder communication
