Job Summary
As Team Lead Onsite Support, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements within an IT services and engineering solutions company. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning and coordinating project deployments, managing technical escalations, and providing expert guidance to your team of IT professionals. You will also play a role in internal order coordination and participate in recruitment processes.
