As a Technical Inside Sales Engineer, you will serve as a vital link between engineering and customer service, focusing on energy chain systems and robotic hose packages. Your daily responsibilities include designing and adapting custom technical solutions, creating detailed 3D models and 2D drawings, and managing master data within ERP systems. You will be responsible for the technical optimization of assembly processes and products while providing expert consultation to clients and internal teams. The role requires a blend of technical precision—developing bills of materials and production documents—and project management, as you will lead or contribute to various technical projects. Required Skills

Education

  • Proven experience working with CAD systems, specifically Autodesk Inventor or Mechanical
  • Experience in creating bills of materials, assembly documents, and production records
