Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Control Programming, you will spearhead a software team dedicated to developing bespoke automation solutions for custom special-purpose machinery. Your daily responsibilities involve the technical and disciplinary leadership of a specialized team, coordinating software architecture design, and ensuring high-quality standards using Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 and CoDeSys 3. You will bridge the gap between mechanical, electrical, and project management departments to drive digital transformation in industrial manufacturing. This role is highly dynamic, involving hands-on support during the commissioning of complex production lines and the application of structured troubleshooting methodologies like 5-Why and cause-effect analysis. Required Skills

Education

  • Extensive experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for complex machines and linked production lines
  • Proven experience in designing software architectures and modular components
