As the Team Lead for Control Programming, you will spearhead a software team dedicated to developing bespoke automation solutions for custom special-purpose machinery. Your daily responsibilities involve the technical and disciplinary leadership of a specialized team, coordinating software architecture design, and ensuring high-quality standards using Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 and CoDeSys 3. You will bridge the gap between mechanical, electrical, and project management departments to drive digital transformation in industrial manufacturing.
