Job Summary

As an HR Generalist with a focus on payroll, you will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of monthly payroll runs for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) in collaboration with an external service provider. Your day-to-day duties include serving as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding labor law, tax, and social security inquiries. Beyond administrative tasks, you will play a key role in the digital transformation and continuous improvement of the HR department by implementing and documenting new HR processes. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of technical payroll accounting and strategic process development.
