Job Summary

As an HR Generalist with a focus on payroll, you will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of monthly payroll runs for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) in collaboration with an external service provider. Your day-to-day duties include serving as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding labor law, tax, and social security inquiries. Beyond administrative tasks, you will play a key role in the digital transformation and continuous improvement of the HR department by implementing and documenting new HR processes. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of technical payroll accounting and strategic process development. The role offers a permanent contract in Stuttgart with a 40-hour work week and the flexibility of a hybrid working model, making it a stable yet modern career opportunity within a well-known company.

Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial vocational training (Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung) or equivalent.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience specifically in payroll accounting is mandatory
  • Experience in the preparation and post-processing of payroll for the DACH region
  • Professional experience in advising managers and employees on labor law and social security
  • Experience in implementing and documenting HR processes and regulations
