Job Summary

As a Digital Transformation Manager for the German Federal Pension Insurance (DRV) Berlin-Brandenburg, you will spearhead the digital evolution of the Pension and Insurance department. Your daily responsibilities include building and leading a sustainable network of 'digitalization pilots,' developing long-term transformation strategies, and implementing communication concepts for change management. You will play a pivotal role in introducing cutting-edge technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to streamline administrative workflows. This position is highly collaborative, requiring you to lead project groups and provide expert advice to department leadership. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Public Administration, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Social Security, or a related field; OR qualification as a Social Security Specialist (Sozialversicherungsfachwirt); OR completed 3-year vocational training in IT or administration (e.g., Digitalization Management Assistant).

Experience

  • Professional experience in digitalization or change management, ideally within a public administration context.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in digitalization or change management if applying with a vocational background.
  • Experience in leading or participating in digitalization-focused project groups.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing communication concepts for organizational transformation.
