Job Summary

The Integration and Service Manager is responsible for ensuring that projects meet cost, quality, and deadline requirements within a dynamic international environment. Day-to-day, you will develop innovative maintenance and operating concepts for both military and civilian clients, lead integration and service teams, and manage subcontractors. A significant portion of the role involves coordinating interfaces between international partner companies and internal engineering departments. You will also be tasked with creating service offers, calculations, and Integrated Product Support (IPS/ISS) contracts. This position is particularly attractive for those who enjoy a mix of technical development—such as creating mechanical and electrical sub-solutions—and leadership, as it includes conducting customer training and moderating stakeholders across different cultures. The role is based in Bremen and offers the stability of a major corporation with the excitement of global travel and interdisciplinary projects.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical degree (University/Fachhochschule) or advanced training as a certified Technician or Master Craftsman (Techniker / Meister).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in a technical department
  • Proven experience in the management and execution of technical projects
  • Experience in the disciplinary or functional leadership of teams
  • Experience in moderating and managing diverse stakeholders and cultures
  • Proficiency in standard project management software applications
