This role is for an IT Service Desk Employee to join a leading brand in external sun protection with over 1,500 employees across four locations, specifically at their Burgau site. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing service desk inquiries, providing support to users with IT issues, and conducting training sessions on various IT applications, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ERP systems. A key part of the role involves identifying and implementing updates for Microsoft 365, creating and maintaining IT documentation, and supporting the optimization and maintenance of the IT infrastructure. This position is ideal for someone with an IT background, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset who wants to contribute to a modern IT environment and a supportive team.

Completed vocational training in IT, e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
