This role involves the commercial management of technical building automation projects across the Southwest region of Germany, specifically based in Freiburg. You will be responsible for the end-to-end commercial project lifecycle, including forecasting, budget planning, and continuous controlling of revenues, costs, and margins. As a key interface between central controlling and decentralized branches, you will ensure smooth information flow and process efficiency. Daily tasks include preparing monthly and quarterly reports, participating in annual financial statements, and managing the commercial project team. You will also handle contract reviews, risk management, and the negotiation of subcontractor services.
