Job Summary

This role involves the technical supervision of owned and leased office buildings for Burda Services GmbH in Offenburg. You will be responsible for initiating, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance, inspection, and repair measures to ensure smooth building operations and fulfill operator responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include independently managing construction and modernization projects, as well as monitoring and resolving errors within the building management system. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys working autonomously while collaborating with a team.
