Job Summary
As an Electrical and Systems Engineer, you will lead the development of training devices and systems from the initial proposal phase through to final delivery. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing functional requirements to design electrical components and assemblies, creating technical specifications, circuit diagrams, and wiring plans. You will be responsible for ensuring that development projects meet strict standards, deadlines, and cost targets. Beyond initial development, you will provide ongoing system support and product maintenance for both new and existing systems. This role offers a high degree of autonomy while requiring close interdisciplinary collaboration with internal departments and external partners. It is an ideal position for a technical professional who enjoys seeing a product through its entire lifecycle, from conceptual design to manufacturing support, within a stable, permanent employment structure that offers flexible working hours and 30 days of annual leave.
Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Communications Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the development and conception of electronic devices and systems
- Practical experience with data transmission via bus systems, specifically Profinet and CAN-Bus
- Demonstrated experience in control cabinet planning and construction
- Experience in the electrical design and layout of large server systems or server rooms
- Experience working within project environments and interdisciplinary teams
