As a Group Lead at the Meppen-based contract manufacturing facility, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and assisting individuals with disabilities within a workshop environment. Your daily responsibilities will involve structuring group routines, coordinating work orders, and focusing on vocational qualification. You will be responsible for creating and implementing integration plans aimed at professional rehabilitation. This position is ideal for a skilled craftsperson who combines technical expertise with a person-centered mindset. Required Skills
Education
Master Electrician (Elektromeister) or Journeyman Electrician (Elektro-Geselle) or a comparable qualification. Additional qualification in special education (SPZQ or gFAB) is desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience as an Electrician (Journeyman or Master level)
- Experience in working with people with psychological disabilities is desirable
- Professional experience in structuring group workflows and coordinating tasks
- Experience in vocational training or rehabilitation settings is preferred

- The position is initially limited to a two-year fixed-term contract. Willingness to undergo special education training (SPZQ/gFAB) if not already held is required.
