As the Head of Administration for the St. Hildegard von Bingen Nordhessen Catholic parish, you will serve as a vital operational leader, relieving the parish priest of daily administrative burdens. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the central parish office, overseeing budget planning, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative board decisions. You will act as a bridge between the local parish and the Diocese of Fulda, handling commercial processing, human resources tasks, and legal compliance. Additionally, you will oversee the administration of local Catholic kindergartens and coordinate with volunteers. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Public Administration (Diplom-Verwaltungswirt/FH), Business Administration (Betriebswirt), or a comparable Bachelor's degree/University of Applied Sciences diploma.
