Job Summary
As a Lead Data Scientist at Bionorica SE, you will spearhead the development and maintenance of AI-driven forecasting applications for sales and market predictions. Your daily responsibilities include managing the underlying databases, generating monthly AI forecasts, and leading development projects for market and seasonal trends. You will play a pivotal role in building a self-service Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) tool, handling everything from data extraction and analysis to frontend development. This position is highly collaborative, requiring you to work closely with internal stakeholders to solve complex marketing and sales challenges through data-driven solutions. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in time series analysis and modern machine learning approaches
- Extensive experience in frontend web or app development specifically with Shiny
- Proven experience with ETL processes, data integration, and cloud environments
- Experience in project management and agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Professional experience in coordinating projects with external partners and service providers
