Required Skills
Education

Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in civil engineering or a related technical field
- Professional experience in cost estimation and budget monitoring for construction projects
- Experience in handling public procurement and awarding contracts to service providers and construction companies
- Experience in site inspections and technical coordination with residents and utility providers
