Job Summary

The Barkhausen Institute in Dresden is seeking a Research Associate to join their Scalable Hardware Platforms group. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing secure and reliable Multi-Processor System-on-Chip (MPSoC) solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT). Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing hardware security solutions, performing HDL simulations, and supporting the entire SoC design process from FPGA prototyping to tape-out. Additionally, you will contribute to the academic community by authoring scientific publications. Required Skills

Experience

  • Experience in HDL simulation, verification, and embedded systems programming
  • Experience in writing scientific publications and supporting project work
  • Foundational knowledge of processor systems and instruction set architectures
