Job Summary

As the Surgical and Outpatient Surgery (OP/AOP) Manager at AMEOS Klinikum Halberstadt, you will serve as the critical interface between surgical disciplines, anesthesia, and nursing care. Your daily responsibilities involve the strategic and operational management of the central operating theater (ZOP), ensuring optimal capacity utilization and smooth daily coordination. You will be responsible for creating regular surgical reports, monitoring quality standards, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration within a multi-professional team. This role reports directly to the hospital management, offering significant influence over organizational structures. Required Skills

Education
