This full-time, permanent position within the municipality of Petershagen/Eggersdorf involves managing essential civil engineering projects just outside Berlin. As a technical staff member, you will act as the client representative for the construction and renewal of roads, sidewalks, bicycle paths, and street lighting. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in civil engineering (ideally several years)
- Experience in managing construction project phases and site inspections
- Experience in drafting service specifications and cost monitoring
- Experience in handling billing, defects, and warranty management
- Experience in coordinating with external project developers and utility providers

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Knowledge of 'Archikart', 'Nextcloud', and Document Management Systems (DMS) is desirable. Must be willing to work on-site in the Berlin metropolitan area (Petershagen/Eggersdorf).
