This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for 1st level IT support at the German Broadcasting Archive (DRA) in Potsdam-Babelsberg. You will support colleagues across various departments with software applications, technical workstation equipment, and cross-location ARD applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with central IT service providers, managing software licenses, documenting IT assets, and actively participating in IT projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), a degree in Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in 1st level IT support (both in-person and remote)
- Experience in handling and troubleshooting computer hardware
- Experience in collaborating with external IT infrastructure service providers
- Initial experience in the field of network technologies is preferred
- Experience working within agile organizational models or mindsets
