This role involves ensuring the legality, regularity, and economic efficiency of municipal administrative actions through specialized IT auditing for the City of Gelsenkirchen. As an IT Auditor, you will be responsible for the conception and implementation of data analysis processes, evaluating the security of IT applications, and establishing new methodologies for mass data analysis. You will act as a consultant for various departments during the city's digitalization offensive, providing expert advice on data storage and security. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor, Diploma, or Master) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Administrative Informatics.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT auditing, data analysis, or IT security evaluation
- Experience in preparing and presenting complex technical information for diverse audiences
- Experience in conducting advisory or audit interviews in a professional setting
- Experience with SAP applications and modern IT technologies is preferred
