This role involves the official monitoring and surveillance of medical devices within the Tübingen regional council. On a day-to-day basis, you will oversee medium-sized manufacturers and authorized representatives to ensure products are correctly placed on the European market. You will also inspect operators such as doctors, dentists, and hospitals, focusing specifically on the hygienic reprocessing of medical devices and compliance with operator obligations (MPBetreibV).
