Job Summary
As a Technical Support Specialist at cab, Europe's leading manufacturer of label printing systems, you will provide critical soft- and hardware support for international and national clients, distributors, and sales staff. Your daily responsibilities include assisting customers with the setup and operation of application software, integrating labeling solutions into existing infrastructures, and performing error analysis. You will also play a key role in product development by testing firmware, drivers, and software, while coordinating support tasks independently. A significant portion of the role involves knowledge transfer, where you will develop training concepts and conduct technical workshops for customers. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, IT, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical support is preferred
- Experience with label printers and labeling systems is an advantage
- Professional experience in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or IT
- Experience in planning and coordinating support and testing tasks
- Experience in creating training materials and conducting technical workshops
