As a Customer Advisor and Consultant for Building Pollutants, you will play a central role in the technical support and consultation of clients regarding hazardous materials in structures. Your daily responsibilities include managing the entire customer inquiry lifecycle—from preparing initial offers to conducting plausibility checks on analytical results and final report generation. You will also bridge the gap between the office and the field by supporting the sampling department in planning and executing indoor air and building material sampling. This position is ideal for someone with a technical or scientific background who enjoys combining analytical laboratory insights with practical building construction knowledge. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in a modern environmental laboratory environment
- Experience in the technical assessment of building construction and materials
- Previous experience in the investigation and identification of pollutants in buildings is highly desirable
- Proven track record in customer service and technical advisory roles
- Experience in planning and conducting technical sampling procedures
