Job Summary

This role involves the maintenance, repair, and testing of critical avionics mission support equipment and flight data recorders for various aircraft and helicopters. Working on-site in Immenstaad for HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, the technician will perform detailed fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on customer returns and newly manufactured assemblies. Key responsibilities include the integration and commissioning of aviation devices, conducting environmental and aging tests, and performing inspections using X-ray microscopy. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration with development teams to solve complex technical issues. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician with an additional qualification as a State-Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in testing analog and digital electronic assemblies is required
  • Proven experience in handling complex measuring instruments and test setups such as network and logic analyzers
  • Strong experience in the integration of electronic assemblies and devices
  • Experience in interpreting technical drawings, test specifications, and repair manuals for complex systems
