Job Summary

As a Grid Connection Manager at Encavis, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between renewable energy production and the electrical grid for large-scale PV, wind, and battery storage (BESS) projects across Europe. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the entire grid connection lifecycle, from initial application with DSOs and TSOs to final commissioning. You will lead technical negotiations, design and review medium- and high-voltage (MV/HV) connection concepts, and ensure strict compliance with international grid codes. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to act as the central technical interface between external EPC contractors, grid operators, and internal procurement teams.
