Job Summary

This role involves serving as a dedicated Employment Coordinator for refugees within the Jobcenter of the State Capital Magdeburg. Day-to-day, you will provide personalized counseling and placement services, helping participants navigate their career paths and preparing them for job interviews. A significant portion of the role focuses on networking with external partners such as the BAMF and Youth Welfare Office, as well as actively recruiting employers—specifically small and micro-enterprises—to create new job opportunities. You will also provide post-placement support to ensure long-term employment stability.
