As an IT Service Expert, you will be responsible for the conceptual design and implementation of tailored IT solutions across both on-premises and cloud environments. Your daily routine involves analyzing and troubleshooting complex IT system landscapes while advising clients on creating future-proof, efficient, and secure infrastructures. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Extensive experience in troubleshooting and fault clearance within diverse IT landscapes
- Proven track record in managing Windows-based environments and Microsoft cloud ecosystems
- Experience in client consulting and aligning IT solutions with business process requirements
