Job Summary
As an HR Business Partner for the Waldshut District Office, you will take full ownership of personnel administration and advisory services for assigned departments and divisions. Your daily responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for managers and employees regarding labor and civil service law, managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job postings to selection, and collaborating closely with staff councils and disability representatives. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Experience in managing recruitment processes and conducting selection procedures.
- Proven experience in applying labor, tariff, and civil service laws.

- Demonstrated experience in professional negotiation and service-oriented communication.
