Job Summary
As the Team Lead for Electronics and PLC Software, you will spearhead the development of vehicle electronics and programmable logic controller (PLC) systems. You will lead an interdisciplinary team responsible for electronic system planning, ensuring seamless integration with software development, electrical assembly, and production departments. Your daily responsibilities include motivating your staff, managing technical innovations, and overseeing project timelines with a focus on cost-efficiency and innovation. Reporting directly to executive management, you will use agile project management methodologies to drive technical developments and provide expert support for complex service issues. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys fostering employee growth while maintaining a high standard of systematic and analytical problem-solving in a dynamic production environment.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable field (Diploma, Bachelor, or Master).
Experience
- Professional experience in leading interdisciplinary technical teams
- Extensive experience in PLC software development and vehicle electronics
- Proven background in agile project management methodologies
- Experience working with vehicle-specific communication protocols such as CAN and J1939
- Demonstrated experience in structured problem-solving and technical system planning
