Job Summary

This role involves leading contract negotiations with private landowners, tenants, and public entities to secure easements, construction permits, and other rights of way for cable trenching and network expansion projects. The specialist will serve as the primary contact for property owners, authorities, and notaries, overseeing the process from initial contact to land registry entry. Key responsibilities include negotiating crossing agreements with infrastructure operators, providing legal support during project execution, and managing land acceptance post-construction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a foundational understanding of land and forestry, and experience with compensation practices related to land acquisition. This position requires a proactive, independent individual with a strong commitment to improving quality of life and client satisfaction, contributing to sustainable planning and consulting solutions.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Law, Business Law, Real Estate Management, or a comparable field; or completed training as a Notary Assistant or other completed vocational training

Experience

  • Experience in negotiating contracts for easements and rights of way
  • Experience in creating legally sound documents
  • Basic knowledge of land and forestry, preferably practical experience
  • Experience with compensation practices for land withdrawal, ideally for buried lines
  • Practical experience in agriculture is desirable

  • Valid driver's license (PKW-Führerschein) and high willingness to travel throughout Germany, especially Northern Germany.
