Job Summary

This role centers on the strategic design, development, and optimization of an intelligent Voicebot for customer communication within the German statutory health insurance (GKV) sector. As a specialist in Voicebot dialogue management, you will translate customer needs into technical product requirements, working closely with external providers and internal IT teams to maintain intent structures. Your day-to-day involves monitoring key performance indicators such as containment and fallback rates to drive continuous system improvements. You will be responsible for defining technical frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring seamless integration into the existing system landscape. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Digital Business, Communication, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in complex Voicebot projects
  • Professional experience in developing digital products in the fields of AI, NLP, or Voicebots
  • Extensive experience in the statutory health insurance (GKV) sector, including knowledge of social security law (SGB) and customer service processes
  • Proven experience in managing complex technical systems and interface integration
  • Experience in analyzing bot data and call reasons to identify automation potential
