Job Summary

This part-time (50%) postdoctoral position at Düsseldorf University Hospital (UKD) is a central service interface for the DFG-funded Research Unit FOR 5889, focusing on chronic liver disease. As a Data Steward and Data Engineer, you will bridge the gap between biological researchers and IT infrastructure across multiple university sites. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve optimizing and standardizing data flows, developing research data management (RDM) strategies, and ensuring scientific processes align with FAIR principles. You will work within a dynamic network of universities, facilitating the generation of scientific knowledge through transparent data structures.
