As an IT Specialist, you will take full ownership of the internal IT infrastructure, serving as the primary point of contact for both 1st and 2nd level support. Your daily responsibilities include system administration, license management, and the optimization of hardware standards. Beyond maintenance, you will actively research and implement digital solutions to enhance IT security and data protection. You will work closely with external IT service providers and lead the conceptualization of new IT processes. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys project management and wants to shape the digital landscape of a market-leading change management firm. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker), or a comparable qualification. Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, ITIL 4, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or Scrum Master/OKR Coach are highly desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in independent IT support and system administration
- Proven experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments, specifically Intune and Azure AD
- Experience in project management and the conceptualization of IT processes
- Experience collaborating with external IT service providers
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Asana) is preferred
