Job Summary
As an IT Systems Analyst, you will serve as the primary on-site contact for IT support, providing essential 1st-level assistance to employees. Your daily responsibilities include setting up and managing hardware such as laptops, monitors, and mobile devices, as well as overseeing software installations, updates, and IT rollouts. Beyond hardware support, you will play a key role in digital transformation by developing and maintaining solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to create automated workflows. You will collaborate closely with the central IT team to resolve complex technical issues while ensuring all processes are meticulously documented and tested. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of direct user interaction and technical process optimization. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a related technical field.
Experience
- Professional experience in the IT sector or completed vocational training in a relevant field
- Experience in technical user support and hardware/software troubleshooting
- Practical knowledge of Windows environments and Office 365 administration
- Experience or strong interest in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience in network technology and general IT operations
