Job Summary
As a CRM & Data Migration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of a leading German insurance brokerage group. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning and executing complex CRM system migrations, analyzing legacy data structures, and developing SQL scripts for data transformation. You will act as a technical bridge between IT and business departments, ensuring that customer, contract, and claims data are migrated accurately into target systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. This role is highly attractive for professionals who enjoy end-to-end ownership of data projects, from initial source analysis to final go-live validation. The position offers a high degree of creative freedom within a growing network of 28 locations, supported by a professional environment that values short decision-making paths and modern data architectures.
Required Skills
Education
Degree or vocational training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- 2-4 years in data migration, data integration, or CRM implementation projects
- Professional experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining SQL scripts for data transformation
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
- Experience in managing technical cutover and rollback scenarios
