Job Summary
As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future data infrastructure of technotrans. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of data, from building and optimizing stable ETL processes to designing scalable data models that serve as the foundation for reporting and analytics. A significant portion of the role involves the administration and evolution of the SAP Business Warehouse (BW) landscape, including active participation in the migration to SAP Datasphere. You will work closely with various departments to translate technical requirements into automated data processes using ABAP and SQL. This position is ideal for data professionals who enjoy a mix of system administration, programming, and project work within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Engineering role
- Proven experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing ETL processes
- Practical experience with SAP BW administration and development
- Experience in programming with ABAP, SQL, and other scripting languages
- Experience in managing technical data projects from requirements to implementation
- Initial experience or strong motivation to work with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud
