Job Summary

This role is for an IT Systems Technician specializing in 2nd Level Support for a well-established trading company in Braunschweig, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving IT issues, providing comprehensive support to users for all IT-related inquiries, and acting as the primary contact for hardware and software requirements. The position also involves actively integrating external service providers into IT processes. Key qualifications include a completed IT education or comparable professional experience, hands-on experience with Hyper-V, Veeam, and network structures, and practical user support experience. Knowledge of document management with Docuvita, and experience with BIZLight, BIZService, or LOBSTER interfaces are beneficial. Strong user skills in MSSQL, BBJ, ODBC, and XML are also required.
