Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician at KONE, you will be responsible for the independent maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of escalator systems across the greater Reutlingen, Stuttgart, and Ulm regions. Your daily routine involves diagnosing technical faults, replacing mechanical and electrical components, and advising plant operators on-site. You will work closely with sales and assembly teams to ensure high safety and quality standards.
