Job Summary

As an IT Business Analyst for HCM Cloud, you will join a highly motivated consulting team dedicated to optimizing cloud-based Human Capital Management solutions for Deutsche Bahn. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve developing sustainable and efficient solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud SaaS environment. You will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, specifically focusing on compensation and benefits processes. This role requires you to independently configure cloud systems, conduct customer workshops, and collaborate with policy departments to implement new collective bargaining requirements. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of these solutions, from conceptual design to final implementation.
