Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and expanding the network infrastructure for a leading global IT service provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the hands-on installation, documentation, and testing of network cabling within server rooms and office environments. You will be responsible for the physical installation and removal of essential hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls, as well as performing initial configurations based on technical specifications.
